ZA'THINK TANK for Management and Consultancy (ZATMAC) adopted its charter on protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment on 20 July 2026. The document was signed in Rabat by the managing director and now stands as the firm's code of conduct.
The charter binds staff, consultants, and partners alike. It is annexed to employment, consultancy, service and partnership contracts, where acceptance is a condition of engagement. It provides for training on PSEAH principles and children's rights, requires a criminal record check for anyone recruited to work in contact with children, and commits the firm to confidentiality for people who report or experience violence, alongside clear reporting channels.
Breaches carry disciplinary measures up to dismissal or termination of contract, without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings. The text follows the zero-tolerance standard set out in the United Nations Secretary-General's Bulletin on special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, and applies to every mission ZATMAC carries out in Morocco and the wider MENA region.
